Shy Somi mustered up the courage to go on a blind date, but she still had too many worries. She was anxious that her date might not like her, that she might gain weight, and that she should probably order the most popular item at the café. With all these thoughts swirling in her head, even choosing a menu item felt overwhelming.

On the other hand, her date, Yeonju, was someone who could confidently express what she liked. Their date seemed to be going well, but Somi suddenly became self-conscious, feeling as if people around them were perceiving her as queer. Unable to shake off the discomfort, she fled the date.

She tried to reassure herself that everything was fine, but deep down, she knew it wasn’t. Realizing this, Somi decided to be honest with herself and took another step forward with courage.
