Time to Be Strong

힘을 낼 시간

Time to Be Strong is an intimate coming-of-age drama following three fallen K-pop idols who trade Seoul arenas for Jeju’s salt-laced back-roads. Sleepless Sumin, melody-hoarding Sarang, and bruised Tae-hee rattle past tangerine orchards, empty tracks, and seaside campfires, their van filling with the truths predatory contracts once silenced. Director Namkoong Sun films wind as a fourth companion, while Byul.org’s haunting drones slip between click-tracks and surf, revealing how fame rewires the ear as much as the heart. Grand-Prize winner at Jeonju, this quietly blazing portrait insists that strength is not spectacle but the shared choice to move forward.
