Come and celebrate an unforgettable evening with filmmakers, fellow festival goers, and community members as we kick off the 25th edition of NYAFF! This ticket grants access to the Night Market only and does not include admission to any film screenings.

NYAFF's Annual Night Market event following the Opening Night Film. This Event is ticketed.

Join us for a rare opportunity to hear firsthand from legendary Hong Kong director Andrew Lau, NYAFF’s 2026 Filmmaker In Focus, as he discusses his latest film The Dumpling Queen, along with his incredible library of work, including NYAFF 2026 featured films Initial D, and The Storm Riders.

Masterclass with director Andrew Lau moderated by Celia Au

The centerpiece evening of NYAFF's 25th anniversary edition. A formal black-tie-optional program honoring Joan Chen with the Star Asia Lifetime Achievement Award, Gianna Jun with the Extraordinary Star Asia Award, and Sara Minami with the Screen International Rising Star Asia Award celebrating a quarter-century of championing Asian cinema in New York.

Saturday July 11, 8:00pm (David Rubenstein Atrium at Lincoln Center)

The centerpiece evening of NYAFF's 25th anniversary edition. Free and open to all NYAFF members and ticket holders. RSVP required. Celebrate Singapore film and culture in New York with the New York premiere of 10s Across the Borders. This event is made possible with the support of the Singapore Tourism Board and Singapore Global Network. Following the screening, join the filmmakers and cast, in a reception featuring Southeast Asian light bites, drinks, music and more.
