Along the Ratuwa River, indigenous fishing communities have followed this rhythm for generations, until shifting politics and climate begin transforming their ways of life. Dr. Pankaj Borah’s quiet drama follows Tilou, a fisherman who can no longer feed his family from the river that raised him, and eventually must trade his ancestral land for work in the city built on rules foreign to him.
